Description ROLE PURPOSE: Provides administrative support to health care executive by efficiently organizing day to day activities and priorities that support the mission. Maintains a cohesive work environment and provides administrative triage to the office of the executive for increased patient, physician and employee satisfaction. Develops relationships in support of organizational goals, and creates an environment that supports exceptional services that align with achieving best care best results. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Enhances the executive's office through positive interactions by creating an environment of professionalism for increased internal and external customer satisfaction. * Contributes to providing seamless communication for SSM Executives by scheduling appointments and responding appropriately to request from personnel. * Efficiently organizes day to day activities in support of SSM Executives that enhances customer, patient and physician satisfaction. * Communicates effectively by providing service to clients, physicians, organizational constituents and the surrounding community by effectively maintaining organizational standards of respect and goodwill. * Creates efficient department processes through organization, prioritization and teamwork.Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or GED. * 3 years of experience in administrative capacity.
