The Boeing Company Executive Office Administrator in Saint Louis, Missouri

Boeing has an exciting opportunity for a high performing professional to join our Boeing Team.

This requisition is for an Executive Office Administrator position on the Leadership, Learning & Organizational Capability (LLOC) team within the HR Function. The opening is located in St. Louis, MO and will provide executive administrative support to the VP of Leadership, Learning, & Org Capability.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to: * Managing the VP’s calendar and personal accessibility. The office administrator represents the VP to a host of visitors and callers and is frequently the first point of contact to the offices. * Provide Executive Council support & logistics coordination at the Boeing Leadership Center including scheduling all ExCo speaking opportunities in all BLC offered courses * Prioritization and coordination of day-to-day internal office schedules and reconciling schedule conflicts with multiple other senior executives and managers for efficient use of time. * Partnering daily with the VP and the VP’s Chief of Staff for all planning and coordination of various events both internal and externally. * Coordinating and processing a high volume of domestic and international travel arrangements. Monitors designated business travel logistics, generates expense reports, and assists in reconciling corporate credit card to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. Collects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for review and/or signature. Verifies payments to corporate credit card. * Partnering with the VP and VP’s Chief of Staff to support VP projects and initiatives * Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations * Verbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences. Processes and screens incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information. Creates, edits, and maintains electronic and written communication requiring Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint knowledge. Position will include additional responsibilities such as coordination of events, special assignments, etc. * Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition, maintenance, and efficient use of resources; orders and maintains office supplies * Schedules conference rooms and provides videoconference/WebEx/VTC support * Updates organization charts and maintains distribution lists * Enterprise-wide catering ordering for meetings and events * Partnering with other administrative support within the LLOC organization including leading monthly administrative team meetings Boeing is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): * Experience in similar program offices and environments with Executives and customers/government entities. * Excellent communication skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite * Experience coordinating schedules and calendars. * Experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense reports andreconciling corporate credit card charges. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * Experience working with a Program or Functional office that interfaces with customers and government officials. * The successful candidate will be eager to learn and take on new challenges. * IT troubleshooting. * Bachelor degree preferred. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Typical Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED and typically 7 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
