We have offices located across the country and ourheadquarters has an opportunity available for an Executive Administrator.POSITION PURPOSE:Manage all administrative aspects of the COO and at times assist CFO, CEO when needed.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Provide typing and word processing support for correspondence and reports.Maintain department filesHandle travel arrangements for ExecutivesSecure logistics for meetingsOpen and route in-coming mailOperations Newsletter Assemble and distributeHandle expense accounts and enter misc. accounts payableUpdate strategic plan and task listCompile data for use by operations staff in preparing department reportsAct as liaison between HO and Operations for COOAdminister Phone Program Mobile SolutionsMaintain merit awards wallChristmas cards and gifts from COOCoordinate calendar including meetings, travel, etc.Handle department meeting arrangements, manage meeting notes and to do'sEffectively respond to requests from the Division, Branch and Home Office personnelManage employee's deadlines for COOCoordinate logistics for Board Meetings/prepare Board Books and distributeQUALIFICATIONS:Thorough knowledge of PC based windows applicationsGood written and verbal communication skillsGood mathematical skillsAbility to handle several projects simultaneously and work independentlyAbility to work with all levels of employees and varied customer baseTyping proficiencyFive + years of general office experience, executive level is a plusExperience within construction industry is a plusEOE/AA M/F/V/DE-VerifyFor more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
