Randstad, in partnership with our client Bayer, has an immediate position open for a Benefits Analyst. Bayer is a global life science leader with a focus in agricultural research. As the selected candidate, you will work with existing members of the team to learn and takeover the responsibility of specific day-to-day processes and procedures. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to auditing employee Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts and Retiree Medical Accounts, funding the 401(k) and Pension Plans troubleshooting and correcting errors on our payroll contribution files.
Bachelor’s degree focus in Human Resources, Business or a related field of study with 7+ years of experience administering employee benefit plans.
