Qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • Manage large scale process design and redesign efforts within Human Resources, related to replacement of current Human Capital Management (HCM) application

  • Provide system configuration thought leadership and design

  • Develop and author documentation associated with project, system changes, and processes

  • Build collaborative relationships with other U.S. Bank employees

  • Perform other related duties as requested

Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master’s level degree, preferably an in HRIR, HRIS, Business Administration, or Technology field with specific interest in human capital process design/redesign or related discipline

  • Experience with Visio or other workflow design tools

  • 2 years of professional experience in a large and complex organization managing medium-to-large scale projects; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

  • Preferred experience with process design and mapping, utilizing Workday and/or Oracle products, Six Sigma or other process training, and HCM application system configuration

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to think and work independently with a professional demeanor and receive dynamic on-the-job training

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with a solution-oriented mindset
