The Technical Business Analyst Intern for Summer 2019 supports the local Program Office in daily operations and in providing managers with a resource to assist in project execution, project control, project reporting and daily operations process review.

  • Prepares core documents for managers including risk statements, project charters, presentation materials, project plans, project schedules, process flowcharts and operational reports.

  • Coordinates and supports project/operational issue resolution.

  • Create standard reporting and presentation documents and templates

  • Collects project/operational updates and summarizes for project leadership.

  • Support business process development sessions by recording notes, tracking actions items and deliverables

  • Develops and improves business process to support successful customer deployments.

  • Prepares and reviews local program office playbook.

  • Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.

Required Skills

  • Ability to understand and communicate information of a technical nature.

  • Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.

  • Ability to write training documents and procedures.

  • Confidence and ability in speaking publicly and training others.

  • Medium to high proficiency operating MS Office software. Specifically Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

  • Must be able to create charts, graphs, advanced features in Excel..formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, filters

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to solve unstructured problems.

Required Experience

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related field.

  • Experience in developing solutions in SQL (Oracle & MSSQL), MySQL, HTML, project management, process optimization, problem solving, facilitation.

  • Experience in developing sharepoint pages
