The Technical Business Analyst Intern for Summer 2019 supports the local Program Office in daily operations and in providing managers with a resource to assist in project execution, project control, project reporting and daily operations process review.
Prepares core documents for managers including risk statements, project charters, presentation materials, project plans, project schedules, process flowcharts and operational reports.
Coordinates and supports project/operational issue resolution.
Create standard reporting and presentation documents and templates
Collects project/operational updates and summarizes for project leadership.
Support business process development sessions by recording notes, tracking actions items and deliverables
Develops and improves business process to support successful customer deployments.
Prepares and reviews local program office playbook.
Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.

Ability to understand and communicate information of a technical nature.
Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
Ability to write training documents and procedures.
Confidence and ability in speaking publicly and training others.
Medium to high proficiency operating MS Office software. Specifically Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Must be able to create charts, graphs, advanced features in Excel..formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, filters
Strong analytical skills; ability to solve unstructured problems.
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related field.
Experience in developing solutions in SQL (Oracle & MSSQL), MySQL, HTML, project management, process optimization, problem solving, facilitation.
Experience in developing sharepoint pages
