Customer Implementation Specialist

job summary:

A fortune 100 consumer services company, is currently seeking a dynamic and process driven Customer Implementation Specialist to be part of a team who tests products and services with financial institutions enabling production electronic payments globally. This is a one year engagement.

Customer Implementation Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Act as central point of contact for customers and/or customer representatives throughout processing implementation project end-to-end execution.

  • Provide testing support for all products and services.

  • Act as processing implementation specialists to customers' processing support staff. Provide guidance to execute all necessary processing implementation activities.

  • Handle multiple key customer processing implementation projects in parallel, including key implementations (key customers, key markets, key services/products).

  • Define, create, maintain and document standard and non-standard key customer processing implementation processes.

  • Provide training both internally and to the customer

Customer Implementation Specialist Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required. Must have at least 1 year of strong payment transaction processing and industry knowledge

  • Strong payment transaction processing and industry business principle knowledge; ability to interact with customers and management

  • Must have strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
