Job Description:

As a Senior Marketing Partner in Marketing Technology & Operations, you will serve as the business owner of Marketing’s key demand generation and lead generation systems, specifically our marketing automation platform and the marketing aspects of our CRM platform. You will also partner closely with other technology leaders in marketing to support initiatives and provide applicable expertise across all core platforms including web content management, digital asset management, operations management, and event management. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Operations, and partner closely with developers on the Marketing Development team, Channel experts on our Digital Strategy team (owned + paid channels) and Integrated Marketers for campaign development and execution.

As the business owner of our MAP and CRM platforms, you will be leading system strategy and roadmaps, establishing and leading governance efforts around the platforms, serving as system administrator for the platforms and ensuring successful day-to-day operations of the systems. This role will also require building and maintaining key internal stakeholder relationships across Sales, Marketing, Marketing Development and the IT and business teams that support and manage our CRM platform.

Additional responsibilities include understanding, implementing, and training on marketing automation and CRM best practices, serving on the corporate CRM governance team and working closely with the data and analytics team to deliver on reporting and analytics needs including automation of campaign tracking across channels.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 8 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:

  • 2 years of marketing work experience

  • 6 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the job

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration; or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Pardot

  • Experience working with Salesforce
