Job Description:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst within the Global Benefits & Payroll team, you will work on our in-house Global payroll production within a multi-country environment ensuring the on-time and accurate issuance of payroll payments and related reports for monthly payroll. In this role, you will also oversee financial spend and trend reporting, drive efficient operations by analyzing business processes and data to provide business insight, work in various technical systems to generate and process data, troubleshoot errors and variances within our systems and approve global funding requests. You will be responsible for helping to navigate associates and managers through change management, monitor and maintain internal procedures and controls, and ensure the integrity of the payroll database and payments through the development of standard and ad hoc edits and reports.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Analytics or related field, or equivalent and relevant work experience
At least 1 year of business analytics work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience with payroll processing
Expectations
