Cerner’s Marketing team is adding a Organizational Change and Talent Management Senior Marketing Partner to our Digital Experience group! In this role, you will lead the build out of the learning and skill development for all of marketing, as well as the career paths and progression. The Organizational Change and Talent Management role is accountable for building the skills and competencies of all marketers to perform in a modern, digital marketing world. This will include assessing the current skillset across the function, defining foundational education needs and role-based curriculums. Evaluating internal and external education will be critical, along with the ability to build a business case for the required investment. In addition to building the skills and competencies, this role will also focus on building the career paths and progression of marketers within Marketing, as well as across the business. Establishing marketing presence across and within the company will be a vital part of this role. The Organizational Change and Talent Management role is expected to develop a deep understanding of the market, competitors, sales process, and clients to develop and implement an integrated, strategic plan. This leader is vital to transforming our marketing function into a modern marketing organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of marketing work experience
2+ years of experience developing and leading marketing skill development and talent management
Experience developing and assessing skill profiles and building curriculum plans for a business to business company
Experience defining skill and learning standards, guidance and best practice methods and implementing across multiple teams
Background in healthcare, hospital, life sciences or pharmaceutical marketing
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security with scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
