Performance Improvement Leader
As a Performance Improvement Leader you will cultivate external client relationships to achieve business objectives, direct and support a team of associates responsible for client engagement deliverables and consult with external clients to define key value objectives for the engagement, scope, and success metrics. You will identify data points for baseline analysis and discovery as well as consult with data analyst to develop analytics strategy. In scope for this will be to lead performance analysis and discovery with clients to develop a performance improvement strategy and approach that achieves improvement objectives and support business development by defining new portfolio offerings via the creation of collateral and repeatable processes.
The Performance Improvement Lead acts as a subject matter expert in Lean, Six Sigma, statistical, experimental, and process design tools and techniques for organizational leaders as they drive improvements in their organizations. Specific responsibilities include helping define process improvement challenges, measuring current process performance, analyzing root causes, and developing targeted process improvement opportunities; utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to coordinate and facilitate problem solving events and conduct data analysis; and demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years of technology implementation work experience
Experience with performance improvement/transformation methodology, tools, and techniques in organizational operations in order to accomplish business objectives
Health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales, or consulting work experience
Background in healthcare, sciences, or information systems
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project
Willing to travel up to 40-60% as needed
Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City area or already live in a virtually approved city
