As a Lease Administrator you will be responsible for application processing assistance as well as review and funding of lease contracts;
You will work closely with the XFS sales team, Dealer Partner administrative contacts, customers and XFS support group personnel.
Candidate must be a self-motivated person who can thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to consistently meet quality metrics and customer expectations is essential
Job responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain relationships with partners and internal XFS support group contacts
Complete understanding of XFS’ programs and product offerings
Respond to and resolve inquiries from dealers
Follow up with Dealer Partners and sales team members when needed
Review of lease funding packages to ensure valid signatures, payment/rate structures, equipment configuration and all credit approval requirements
Application processing assistance: responding to Dealer inquiries and communicating with Dealer administrative contacts when required to fulfill their requests and or resolve issues.
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum of five years financial services/equipment leasing experience. Office/Imaging equipment experience preferred.
Proficient with MS Office products
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Time management and organizational skills
