Cerner Learning Facilitator in Missouri
The Learning Facilitator is responsible for the development and delivery of training for Cerner client project teams. Those in the Learning Facilitator role will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work comfortably with technology, an understanding of the adult learning process, and experience in software technology instruction. The successful candidate will possess excellent facilitation and coaching skills, as well as flexibility to easily accommodate the challenges of ambiguity.
You will deliver materials in person and virtually that build motivation and ability, as well as provide reactive one-on-one support in person and virtually to participants. In this job you will identify and surface process, workflow and technical questions to appropriate project team members or content owners. Learning Facilitators also collect feedback from participants and share with project leadership or content owners to improve content and delivery methods. It is important to facilitate bi-directional feedback between the content owners and participants to improve the efficiency of materials, facilitation methods and adoption. You will also maintain currency of content in accordance with approved sources.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Health Care Administration or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 1 year of formal instructional design, facilitation, or training delivery experience
Preferred Qualifications :
At least 1-year Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle applications experience
At least 1-year knowledge of/experience with Revenue Cycle operations in a hospital or Health Care setting
At least 1-year experience in the adult learning process
At least 1-year experience working with Microsoft – PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Must reside in or near the Malvern, PA or Kansas City, MO area
Ability to travel up to 100% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
