Cerner Learning Facilitator in Missouri
The Learning Facilitator delivers training materials in person and virtually. In this role, you will provide group and/or one-on-one training to participants while building ability and providing a motivating environment. As a Learning Facilitator, you will identify workflow opportunities or issues, collect feedback from participants and share with project leadership and content owners to improve content and delivery methods. You will participate in developing content based on industry standards and the needs of the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Healthcare industry experience
Relevant learning/facilitator work experience
Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
Must reside in or willing to relocate to Kansas City, MO
Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as needed
