The Project Coordinator will:
Handle portfolio risk/issue management, including capturing the weekly updates, creating the weekly charts in Excel, creating PowerPoint slides for the Director's weekly update, and updating the risk/issue SharePoint site.
Perform change requests; maintain portfolio level change request logs with status/disposition updates on a weekly basis.
Perform resource risk analysis; capture monthly updates from project managers and stakeholders; create a monthly report that reflects updates, changes and risks.
Work with the project managers and business planning team to establish CPRs, and track their use and modifications from creation through year end.
Obtain, capture, reconcile, and report on business planning actuals by project.
Determine the root cause for anomalies and work with the project managers to effectively and accurately manage updates and/or changes.
Assist the project manager in re-planning the future monthly expenditures based on previous months' activity and results, as well as the future projections.
Work with the project managers to forecast quarterly adjustment to budgets; track requests, changes, variances, and impact on variance vs. actuals.
Must have 2+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator
Experience with IT project coordination
Experience with SharePoint or MS Project
Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
