Gain understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. This role assists with designing and developing new systems by configuring new hardware or software, or uses existing systems in new ways to accomplish additional or different outcomes.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * System and Process Documentation review * Confluence and SharePoint administration * Test Case writing and validation * Cherwell ticket processing * Clarity PPM tool administration * Apply and Assist with Agile and Waterfall project methodologiesHere s what it takes to get startedRequired qualifications * Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Bachelor s Degree or Advanced Degree * Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program * Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program * Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorshipPreferred qualifications * Ability to read, write, speak and understand English * Ability to prioritize and organize effectively * Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment * Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities * Ability to analyze and interpret data * Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities * Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner * Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel * Ability to manage multiple projects at one time * Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etcThe Spectrum brand is powered and innovated by Company .
