Under the direction of Director, manages day to day operations of the Environmental Services department in accordance with TMC’s business priorities. Ensures that departmental operations are in compliance with The Joint Commission, Local, State, and Federal regulatory agencies by conducting daily inspections and rounding. Plans and schedules project assignments through the work order system and follows up on completion status. Orders department supplies as approved by Director, and ensures that adequate par levels are maintained. Ensures proper functionality of all equipment, and schedules routine maintenance with vendor as need and approved.

Required Skills

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Five years environmental services management.

  • Direct experience with supervisory techniques and methods.

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications, keyboard and other computer hardware and software.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. High degree of professionalism presence. Commitment to and role model of a high service orientation

  • Demonstrated self-starter with skills in facilitating problem solving, motivating individuals and groups, and teaching/coaching others.

  • Experience working with all levels of staff and management, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Excellent organizational skills


  • Associates Degree in relevant field.
