MTM is a fun place to work, where individuality is encouraged and hard work is rewarded.The Compliance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring MTMs overall contractual compliance; partnering with various departments throughout the organization to assess processes for enhancements, adherence to appropriate processes, identify process gaps, develop and implement long-term compliance solutions, including a close relationship with our Audit and review team. The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for completing a full analysis of the process and provide an audit report that discusses any process gaps, recommendations for improvement and internal control enhancements. The Compliance Coordinator will also act as a liaison to external auditors as they review operational processes, policies and procedures, and contract management functions.This position is located at our office in Lake St. Louis, Missouri.Responsibilities: Create contractual compliance monitoring tools and matrixesUtilize large datasets to identify potential compliance deficienciesRead and comprehend contract documentsGain an in-depth understanding of how contract verbiage and requirements should be applied to the operational processes of the organizationAnalyze data through audit samples, document and report audit findingsCommunicate and/or present audit findings to various StakeholdersAssign action items based off the audit report and ensure all assigned items are completed by the responsible partiesDevelop project plans and tracking mechanisms to correct any identified deficienciesProvide recommendations for systematic internal controls and process changes to ensure ongoing compliance for corrected deficienciesComplete follow-up audits to ensure deficiencies have been correctedAssist with other internal projects and tasks as neededMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or G.E.DBachelors Degree in a business-related field, preferred1 plus years Project Management experience and experience reading and comprehending contract documents, preferredIntermediate level of proficiency or above in Microsoft Office applicationsPrior experience with internal and/or external auditsPrevious experience analyzing data and trendsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureCompetency Based Qualifications:Detail-oriented, thorough, and systematic/methodical approach to projectsStrong analytical and problem-solv
