Job Description:
As an Upstream Product Marketer, you will serve as the primary owner of market strategy for a product within the Acute Portfolio. Leveraging your organizational skills, you will manage market sensing and generate required documentation for opportunity assessment and business case processes, and coordinate collection of market feedback and technical feasibility to prepare product recommendations for the business group product approval committee. Using your strong relationship skills, you will consult with product management, development, and corporate marketing to ensure that client needs are incorporated into product development process and downstream marketing approaches; as well as collaborate with program, contract, and client organization counterparts to recommend prioritization of requirements on aligned product roadmaps. Furthermore, you will monitor the development of go-to-market activities and assess market penetration and product positioning.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Health Care, or related field of study or relevant, equivalent work experience
At least 4 years of product marketing or product management work experience
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of health care information technology (HCIT) work experience
Working knowledge of Cardiology and/or Oncology service lines
Expectations
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
