Position Summary

The Senior Recruiting Inclusion Specialist supports products and applications internal to company throughout their lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to manage tactical execution in a role connecting business operations, technology solutions and the end-user experience. To be successful, the Recruiter must possess skills in technical troubleshooting, data analysis, business analysis and project management.


  • Bachelors of Science in Business, IT or other related field of study, or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in an application support role preferable

  • SilkRoad ATS experience

  • 2 years of experience in working with third party vendors

Job Duties

  • Responsible for planning and coordinating the integrations, environments and implementation/roll out of new applications.

  • Responsible for the planning and coordination of the decommissioning of legacy applications and integrations that will no longer be used by company.

  • Management of all tickets including Change, Incident, Problem and Request/Enhancement tickets.

  • Manages incident activity to ensure all tickets are being worked and resolved within the correct ticket urgency, proper team assignment, within all SLAs, and updating all relevant incident data within the corresponding ticket. Creates the ticket when needed and troubleshoots in incident, reaching out to company IT and vendors as necessary

  • Performs root cause analysis and restoration for critical applications and incidents while ensuring all alerts are addressed and escalated correctly

  • Creates and maintains knowledge management documentation

  • Provides end user support and training where needed

  • Manage production support and act as the SME for assigned applications and products; champion change requests to improve usability and system performance.

  • Provide day-to-day vendor relationship support including tracking timely completion of production tickets and adherence to service agreements

  • Responsible for developing and executing on plans (production support plans, disaster recovery plans, server maintenance, etc.) to maintain system health and work in partnership with delivery teams to obtain necessary details to insure resource availability and task completion.
