Cornerstone onDemand Services Enablement Consultant - Remote (United States) in Kansas City, Missouri

The Services Enablement Consultant will be responsible for the successful enablement of CSOD Services partners and internal services delivery teams. This includes providing enablement support to a wide range of global services partners and internal services consultants. In this role you will be extremely collaborative and will work with the various key stakeholders across internal teams (e.g., Alliances, Delivery Assurance, Cornerstone University, Product Support, and Partner Management) to provide targeted content and continuous development opportunities for services consultants in a consumable fashion.

The Services Enablement Consultant will deliver training to help drive success across the internal services and partner base, resulting in effective implementation consulting and project management of talent management software products and solutions. The Services Enablement Consultant needs to be equipped with a hybrid of previous implementation experience, project management experience, and consulting skills to be able to effectively demonstrate and enable our key stakeholders. In this role the Enablement consultant will be expected to deliver both virtual and in person training for internal stakeholders and partner consultants.

In this role you will…

  • Work with our global partner network consisting of over 1000 consultants that you will interact with in various ways. To ensure success, this role focuses on enablement and training with the primary focus on services delivery team members and partner consultants

  • Collaborate closely with CSOD Services Delivery Leadership to identify enablement needs by role and level

  • Align and become valued business partner for Delivery Success leadership

  • Work collaboratively to build out role-based learning paths for Implementation Consultants, Delivery Success Managers, and Integration Consultants

  • Organize and lead virtual and in-person enablement workshops or training sessions, as needed

  • Lead weekly virtual enablement sessions for partners, with focus on customer product adoption

  • Answer questions from services delivery partners

  • Update and maintain consultant resources and collateral

  • Provide weekly and ad hoc reporting from Galaxy to support processes, drive decision making and evaluate progress

  • Evaluate current processes and offer up recommendations for improved process performance and efficiencies

  • Conduct needs analysis and evaluate existing programs and be able to make recommendations for improvement

  • Manage the digital badging program for certified consultants

  • Create and distribute enablement communications to internal services consultants and partners

  • Foster strong global collaboration and partnership with EMEA Enablement team

  • Stay current on Cornerstone product to ensure training offerings are created or updated as needed

  • Complete ad-hoc projects as they aspire

You have what it takes if you have…

  • 3+ years of Cornerstone implementation or project management experience, or other relevant client consulting experience.

  • Ability to process complex scenarios, ask probing questions and make appropriate decisions

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Technology, or related field

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette

  • Quick learner for new applications and technology

  • Good time management in order to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to support and virtually meet teams in different time zones, especially Europe and APJ

  • Proven success of building successful business relationships remote

  • Proven ability to build collaborative, trusting, cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to drive customer engagement and retention

  • Deep knowledge of customer satisfaction and effort drivers

  • Bring humor to work while being able to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done

  • Up to 40% Travel likely or as business needs require
