In the role of Financial Services Representative II, you are the front line to our clients and our clients’ clients. They have choices about who to work with, and they evaluate us on every transaction. Every single day you come in, you must put yourself in the clients’ shoes, anticipate their concerns and help them with detailed financial transactions. You should also expect consistent daily processing in accordance with service level agreements and completing a daily list of assigned tasks in a timely manner to meet client fund deadlines.

Provide world class service to our customers by processing service requests that come to the team through various channels including email, facsimile and over the phone.
On occasion, you will work with clients over the phone in order to resolve complex issues. This role, however, is performed about 90% of the time via computer.
You will have the opportunity to cross train in different areas to expand your knowledge base and help you develop new skills as you advance in the company.
Escalate issues to generate problem review and resolutions.
Suggest changes and process improvements.
Process and guide team through complex transactions and daily workflow.
Coordinates training requirements.
Process and quality check service requests a timely manner to ensure individual client deadlines are met.
Typical service requests include purchases, redemptions, transfers, exchanges, account maintenance and new account set-ups for multiple clients.
Review trade sheets received from clients on a daily basis via fax, phone, email
Daily task lists outlining required activities outside the standard service requests are assigned to each user
Accuracy is vitally important in this role as you deal with investments. You will review transactions for quality, ensuring the accuracy of the work entered.
Review and monitor daily workflow and volumes of work received
High school degree and up to 1 year of work-related experience
Strong organizational skills are necessary to keep track of various procedures
Intermediate PC skills with the ability to maneuver between multiple open windows
Strong attention to detail, with ability to prioritize and manage your workload
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Keyboarding skills with ability to type at least 30 WPM with a high degree of accuracy
Prior coursework of experience within financial services helpful – training provided
