Humana Senior CRM Marketing Professional in Kansas City, Missouri
Care Marketing is looking for a CRM Marketing Professional for the Clinical Product team who can successfully develop member-centric, multi-channel targeted campaigns that meet or exceed identified KPIs within a collaborative cross-functional team.
As a Senior CRM Marketing Professional, you will:
Develop consumer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement in clinical products and services
Manage data-driven member engagement campaigns through all aspects of multi-channel direct marketing, including planning, campaign messaging (IB and OB call scripts, email, direct mail and digital touchpoints, etc.), campaign execution, and results monitoring
Manage test & learn initiatives to deliver on an integrated member-centric engagement strategy
Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence
Utilize problem-solving and organization skills, demonstrate attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs
Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance to key business partners
Experience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in go-to-market planning/execution including multi-channel integrated marketing strategies and implementations focused on consumer behavior and response conversion
Prior focus on marketing growth strategies, innovation, test & learn scenarios, digital marketing and process implementation
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and leverage analytics and data insights to drive marketing optimization
Experience working with internal and external copywriters, graphic designers, and print/email/telecomm vendors
Self-managing and disciplined; possess the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and operate effectively within a large and complex organizational structure
Strong business acumen skills, understanding of business goals, comfortable with evaluating and communicating financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Experience managing relationships with business partners to deliver solutions that meet their needs
Excellent presentation/communications skills, written and verbal, able to communicate at all levels of the organization
Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M
Prior marketing or industry experience focused on Medicare Members and/or Health and Well-being
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and designing marketing journeys to drive engagement
Prior experience working within an advertising or direct marketing agency.
Experience with Agile marketing
