Aerotek Sales Support Administrative Assistant in Kansas City, Missouri

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Aftermarket Sales Reps (ASRs) and Aftermarket Sales Manager in a fast paced environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and high volume of telephone interaction with customers.

Skills:

Microsoft Excel, Administration, V look ups, Pivot Table, SAP, CRM System, Expense Reports, Receptionist, Coordinate meetings, Order Entry, Manufacturing Environment

Top Skills Details:

One year of sales support experience

Experience with Microsoft Excel with Pivot Tables and V Look-ups

Need to comfortable backing up the receptionist.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience with a CRM (salesforce) system.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
