Candidate will be responsible for supporting the supervisor in the incoming and outgoing areas of the department. Candidate must be self-motivated and willing to work in various areas of the department throughout the day. Candidate must also have good communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to motivate staff towards department goals while working in a team environment. Candidate must be willing to multitask, able to meet production and quality standards of the department, assist staff with more complex accounts, and fill in for staff as needed. Will be expected to learn and step into other department roles as necessary to meet the needs of the department. Candidate may be required to stand for up to 8 hours per day.Qualifications:-- High School Diploma or equivalent experience-- Computer/keyboarding skills-- Basic Microsoft Excel skills required-- 10 key by touch-- Attention to detail-- Remittance Processing Experience Helpful-- Self Motivated
