What You'll Do:
The Private Wealth Management Division is a full service investment advisory, trust, and custodial organization that combines the strength, resources and expertise of a multi-billion dollar asset management firm with the personalized service of a private bank. Our clients benefit from a full range of trust and custody services, including financial planning, investment management, individual retirement accounts and specialized asset management.
The Account Services Associate is accountable for providing service excellence in every situation and delivering the unparalled customer experience. This associate is responsible for processing the following types of transactions in an accurate and timely manner
-Opening and funding of all new accounts including Investment Advisory, Irrevocable Trust, Revocable Trusts, etc, through the use of an automated work flow system.
-Performing all account maintenance activities including but not limited to address changes, opening additional portfolios, automated fund management changes, fee review and set up, account statement maintenance, bill payments, account closings, and day to day monitoring of the account services mail box.
-Special projects as assigned including system testing, report creation and production,
-Work cohesively and proactively with business partners at all levels within the organization including Trust Advisors, Wealth Advisors, Trust Operations, Legal, Trust Tax, and the Client Engagement Specialists
-Other duties as assigned
