Aerotek Payroll Auditor in Kansas City, Missouri

Description:

Gathering records from several sources: fund admins, contractor or accountant offices, training centers, etc. Organizing the data in order to analyze the payroll earnings to payroll tax reports, identifying job description of all employees, balancing and proving hours from payroll earnings to actual hours worked, reviewing payments outside of payroll(cash disbursements) to discern if collective bargaining work is paid in other manner than payroll Summarizing analyzed information on various excel worksheets by the auditor Presenting differences found to contractors, both in written format as well as verbal communication, and presenting questions to the trustee committees in presentations Determining which differences between hours worked and reported to bill, and calculating billing
