Support Facilities Services Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) operations across the U.S. and have a hand in transforming tomorrow. This position has the flexibility to reside in any Jacobs office in the U.S. with access to a major airport.

As Operations Management and Facilities Services CMMS Administrator you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and ensuring consistent application of CMMS procedures, security assignments, and codes required to support maintenance, inventory, and purchasing functions within the company and with associated clients. You will also be responsible for the coordination and providing training of CMMS operations at the various company client facilities. Working with other members of a team you will perform implementation of CMMS systems at new facilities, coordinate the planning, design and establishment of data entry standards used in the CMMS and establish, reassign and revise records in key data tables in response to system user/management requirements as applied using best CMMS standard practices. During your time with us you will also develop and maintain standards/procedures used for entering facility-wide information and setting system defaults for each location, purchasing center and inventory operation; coordinate with site or project staff to develop process flow documentation, creating work flows, presenting the plans and updating system configuration; design and create reports, KPIs, and other reporting tools used in the management of the work location; establish performance metrics in the area of work order management and compliance; coordinate with the location’s management in the management of facility asset records and preventive maintenance schedules; perform periodic analysis of the preventive maintenance program and present analysis to the location’s management; coordinate interfaces between the CMMS system and other support software to insure the interface design meets the needs of the location and that data integrity is maintained; monitor the change process for system procedures and standards; evaluate change proposals, coordinate change development, and implement change; and develop tests and evaluate application responses to changes in operating, application and data environments. The minimum qualifications for this position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, industrial or construction engineering, and 6 years of CMMS Administration experience • Facilities Management experience in support of Operations and Maintenance of buildings and grounds • Experience with either IBM TRIRIGA or Maintenance Connection CMMS systems • Experience with project management oversight • Experience with work flow development and configuration management • Proficient in database fundamentals • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, MS Access, Microsoft Project, and Adobe • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• 6 plus years of Facilities Management experience in support of Operations and Maintenance of Buildings and Grounds • Knowledge and skill in troubleshooting CMMS system irregularities • 4 plus years of experience with IBM TRIRIGA • Experience with SQL databases and basic SQL scripts • Experience with database reporting tools such as Birt, Crystal Reports • Excellent oral presentation and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices and strong technical problem-solving skills
