Our client a large distribution center is looking to hire an Office Assistant. This position will be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers as they come into the office as well as providing support to the legal team.
Responsible for a variety of routine clerical, reception, and office support functions; perform other related duties as required.
--Responsible for maintaining office filing and record-keeping systems
--Answers and routes telephone calls
--Answers inquiries from clients regarding product
--Acts as office receptionist greeting and directing visitors
--Schedules and coordinates meetings for supervisor
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--Sufficient formal and/or informal training to provide the ability to read and write at a level consistent with the requirements of the position
--English grammar, punctuation, and spelling; basic mathematics; standard types of office filing systems, proper telephone etiquette and techniques; standard office software applications; standard office equipment
--Excellent phone etiquette
--Experienced in excel
--Core Hours Monday through Friday
