The Marketing Leader/Associate – Mahogany Brand will play a critical role for the Mahogany business. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is hungry to grow. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing and media campaigns, as well as being comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities. This role is responsible for managing new and ongoing Mahogany brand related projects as well as other key brand needs. Objectives of this Role
Lead the execution of marketing and media programs from start to finish leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Drive objective-focused marketing plans and activation process flows across different channels & audiences
Create, maintain & conduct reporting and analysis across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with proposals and recommendations on tactics
Responsibilities would include :
Manage Hallmark Mahogany brand look, feel and voice within ongoing and future content development
Develop and execute on multi-channel brand marketing activations and campaigns, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging (ongoing and future)
Define and refine brand activation process structures & flows (ie: experiential activations and partnerships)
Drive Hallmark Mahogany social media community growth and engagement on current and new platforms
Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external agency partners
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with reporting and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs and activations

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising or another related field
5-7 years of experience in marketing leadership and business
Experience developing marketing plans, campaigns and applying metrics-driven marketing leadership and creativity
Experience in project management
7+ years of brand marketing management experience
Master’s degree a plus
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Willingness and ability to travel
