Lead Data Analyst
As a Lead Data Analyst for our Organizational Effectiveness team, you will create reporting metrics, dashboards, and analytics related to organizational performance and health initiatives for internal clients across the company. You will assist with tracking and analyzing the impact of organizational effectiveness and change management efforts, guiding stakeholders through interdependencies and analysis decision impacts that inform business and people strategies.
You will help design and deliver a variety of data-driven models and insights, leveraging surveys, statistical platforms, and/or other data-gathering/modeling approaches. You will assist consultants with data analysis to identify and quantify realized value and opportunities for clients, and you will be responsible for obtaining and analyzing relevant data and synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative results. This requires the ability to learn independently and apply new skills quickly.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Actuarial Science or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 6 years of data analysis work experience including data management, transformation and visualization
Experience with programming languages like SQL, R and Python.
Experience with Real World Evidence
At least 5 years of operational, clinical, financial or health care metrics work experience
Business Objects or Tableau work experience
- Willing to travel up to 25% as needed
