Incumbents coordinate the development of the semester course schedule, prepare, review and ensure accuracy of faculty pay and faculty leave. Major duties and responsibilities include: preparing, verifying and revising full-time and part-time faculty assignment sheets, online pay forms and faculty leave report; coordinating the development of semester class schedule such as deleting canceled or low enrollment classes, removing adjunct instructors, adding fees and assigning classrooms; coordinating the campus curriculum process such as reviewing and verifying course information and campus program description; compiling, preparing, and submitting reports regarding enrollment, costs, classroom usage and instructor load.EOE/M/F/Vet/DisabledTypical Essential Duties Coordinates the development of semester class and exam schedules utilizing online systems; work may involve analyzing information; and developing and modifying schedules, to include deleting cancelled or low-enrollment classes, removing adjunct instructor information, adding fee information, and assigning classrooms. Prepares, verifies, submits, and/or revises full-time and part-time faculty assignment sheets, pay forms, and faculty leave reports; compiles, prepares, and submits communications materials, and district/state and other reports regarding enrollment, costs, classroom usage, and instructor load; work involves researching, compiling, and analyzing information; and ensuring information accuracy and compliance with applicable policies and procedures. Coordinates the campus curriculum process and maintains official campus records; work involves reviewing, verifying, and revising course information and campus program descriptions to ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and procedures; and submitting this information to appropriate departments/personnel/agencies. Coordinates with the Dean of Instruction, division chairs, System Analysts, and other internal and external staff, departments, and agencies, to collect and compile information, resolve information discrepancies or issues, and facilitate departmental operations and coordinate processes. Performs administrative duties, to include recording meeting minutes, submitting documentation to applicable departments and personnel, filing paperwork, and responding to inquiries or questions.
