KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Audit organization.
Perform various administrative support to a team of Audit professionals by managing calendars, coordinating conference calls and meetings, handling time and expense reporting, travel coordination, credit card reconciliation, and back-up support to other executive assistants
Use problem solving techniques, tact and discretion when making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing other requests for information
Analyze data and prepare spreadsheets and reports to use at team meetings and presentations to the client
Provide additional support for busy seasons, Public Company Accounting Oversight Boards (PCAOBs), Quality Performance and Compliance Review Processes (QPCPs), and quarters
Act as information resource on organizational policies and procedures
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, peers and clients
Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred
Ability to proactively troubleshoot problems, ask questions for clarification and understand when to escalate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, Web-based research skills and ability to learn firm-wide applications and technology packages
Ability to prioritize competing requirements and/or deadlines
Capacity to work overtime, as needed
