KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Audit organization.


  • Perform various administrative support to a team of Audit professionals by managing calendars, coordinating conference calls and meetings, handling time and expense reporting, travel coordination, credit card reconciliation, and back-up support to other executive assistants

  • Use problem solving techniques, tact and discretion when making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing other requests for information

  • Analyze data and prepare spreadsheets and reports to use at team meetings and presentations to the client

  • Provide additional support for busy seasons, Public Company Accounting Oversight Boards (PCAOBs), Quality Performance and Compliance Review Processes (QPCPs), and quarters

  • Act as information resource on organizational policies and procedures

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, peers and clients


  • Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot problems, ask questions for clarification and understand when to escalate

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, Web-based research skills and ability to learn firm-wide applications and technology packages

  • Ability to prioritize competing requirements and/or deadlines

  • Capacity to work overtime, as needed
