Works independently in a litigation setting with responsibility for: preparing correspondence, pleadings, discovery, motions and other legal documents for review by attorney; drafts correspondence, pleadings and various legal documents; schedules court appearances, depositions, interviews and other meetings for attorneys with individuals or groups involved in litigation. Works independently in performing duties for the Company Professional and General Liability Self-Insurance Trust the Trust , which provides general and professional liability coverage, including entry and development of loss data, preparing and filing reports with state and federal regulators, and develop information for the Trust actuaries.
