EHR Conversion Support Consultant

Conversion Support Consultants are responsible for supporting client end users on a variety of platform solutions in a group or one-on-one setting. The Conversion Support Consultant maintains a broad understanding of client solutions and understands the solution learning design best practices. Conversion Support Consultants possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and comfort with high-stress situations, the ability to work comfortably with technology, an understanding of the learning process, and a willingness to learn, adapt and problem solve in client-facing environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide one-on-one training and support for software end users and client staff during Go Live

  • Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate issues that arise during the software implementation

  • Provide additional floor support as necessary

For the Conversion Support Consultant position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Professional appearance

  • Ability to work in teams under tight project deadlines

  • Willingness to travel 100%

  • Ability to work full days on-site and overtime as necessary

  • Ability to work flexible shifts
