Latitude, Inc. Business Analyst in Kansas City, Missouri
Growing government contractor looking to hire an additional Business Analyst to their team:
Duties:
Work with customers on gathering requirements
Writing user stories and facilitating meetings to gather requirements
Translate business drivers into requirements
Translate requirements into actionable tasks
Communicate with business and technical staff
Present conceptual representations of processes and flows and 'business as usual' activities as trackable milestones
Track and manage use cases, user stories and/or requirements from cradle to grave
Identify impacts of system changes
Document requirements, user impact statements into deliverable work artifacts
Conduct UAT and provide post-implementation follow up support to stakeholders
Familiar with Agile Development Process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's (preferably in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or Management) and 6+ years of experience. Additional 4 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience working in a Business Analysis capacity on an Agile Project
Excellent verbal and written communication
Familiar with Project Control and Program Execution business process
Experience building polished MS PowerPoint presentation to articulate and communicate project content
JIRA
Microsoft SharePoint
Proficient in Office 2013/2016
Experience creating and delivering throughout the SDLC
Ability to success pass Federal government background investigation
