Our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team provides support of multiple enterprise-level applications including our SharePoint environment. Enterprise Content Management is in itself an exciting field which continues to evolve and provide opportunities for individuals to learn new skills, administer new tools, and grow their career.

As a Business Analyst, one of your primary roles is partnering with business leaders and technical teams to focus on Process Improvement. You will be reviewing existing tools to charter new process efficiency opportunities and help define new processes to be implemented. Of course, you will perform traditional business analysis responsibilities including gathering requirements, use case scenarios, and test script development for multiple projects.

The ECM team is a close-knit group of individuals coming from diverse backgrounds with different experiences. We share a commitment of providing solid, robust and dynamic enterprise content solutions and we believe in fully supporting each other to achieve this goal. Self-education, peer consultation, mentor guidance, and formal training/seminars are some of the methods that we share information and knowledge.

How you’ll spend your time:

  • Collaborating with business partners and technical teams to determine process improvement opportunities.

  • Analyzing business processes/workflows to identify business objectives and requirements.

  • Maintaining business requirements. Changes to requirements would be captured and documented throughout the project lifecycle, and then communicated to stakeholders and technical team members.

  • Performing testing activities including test plan creation and execution.

We’re excited to talk with you if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience business analysis experience within a technical environment.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience with Continuous Improvement / Process Improvement.Lean Six Sigma is highly preferred.

  • You have experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

  • You have knowledge in Content Management, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and/or FileNet. Experience in these tools would be very helpful.

  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Visio.

  • You have worked within the financial services industry. Although not required, this would be nice to have.
