Role Overview

The primary function of the Brokerage Operations Specialist is to ensure clients’ operational needs and issues are managed to the highest level of satisfaction, with a focus on risk avoidance, regulatory compliance and client relationships. The successful candidate will possess superior decision making, time management, and communication skills as well as a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • · Performing daily data entry of broker-dealer accounts of current and effective holdings.

  • · Ensuring performance meets client Service Level Agreements.

  • · Communicating directly with Administrators/Issuers and team members on a daily basis.

  • · Completing correct and time appropriate outreach to resolve missing data.

  • · Assisting in implementing process improvements to improve efficiencies and reduce audit and financial exposure.

    • Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related industry experience preferred

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills

  • Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
