UMB Bank ATM Proj & Logistics Spec in Kansas City, Missouri

What You'll Do:

The ATM Project & Logistics Specialist is a crucial member of the ATM operation of the bank. The Specialist will provide oversight on all aspects of ATM project activities, including setup, installations, removals, relocations, and upgrades of ATMs. The Specialist will work with business partners and team members as needed to execute projects.

Job duties include the following

  • Oversee vendors billing, fulfillment, and meeting SLA performance per terms of the contract, including that all ATM installations meet the appropriate ADA and branding guidelines.

  • Responsible for effectively organizing, managing, and executing projects. Clearly setting project scope, objectives and definitions. Gathering and defining detailed project requirements.

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of internal and external partner teams to ensure that goals and objectives of assigned projects are met within prescribed timeframes, while meeting or exceeding quality, risk, compliance, and funding parameters.

  • Evaluates processes and procedures and recommends improvements that increase efficiency, boost revenue and decrease cost.

  • Order and manage device and part inventory levels at optimal levels. Requires implementation of best practices. Update in ATM Internal and External site as needed

  • Responsible for business unit quality testing on a variety of new and existing functionality and applications, including planning, developing, executing and maintaining manual test cases and test scripts based on business requirement documents.

  • Manages multiple avenues of issues through ticket resolution, monitoring email and phone communications to ensure business expectations for service standards are being met

  • Performs remediation of incidents and problems using monitoring tool functions and procedure documentation. Reports and follows up aging and reoccurring ATM issues.

  • Effectively communicates issues and status updates with business users, service providers, and management teams.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years vendor management experience

  • 5+ years project management experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • 3-5 years ATM experience

  • 1-2 years Banking industry experience

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
