KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Engagement to join our Human Resources organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with TA Leaders to create and develop overall Talent Acquisition (TA) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy aligned with overall TA recruiting strategy and the National DEI strategic direction

  • Establish the focus and strategic direction of the DEI team prioritizing programs, markets, geographies and skillsets according to the needs of the business

  • Collaborate with National DEI team to ensure strong alignment and maximize efforts that support the overall firm diversity strategy

  • Establish performance metrics, evaluate and report performance against individual and team goals and serve as Performance Manager for members of the DEI team

  • Define reporting needs to properly measure TA's success or areas of opportunity to provide better insight and recommendations to TA leaders on the DEI strategy

  • Provide regular executive level updates to TA leadership and TA channel leaders and participates/presents in update meetings regularly; represent the firm, as needed, at external events discussing DEI initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably with a DEI focus within a professional services environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent

  • Work comfortably within a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and decision makers

  • Proven performer who is results-oriented, executes against multiple timelines while remaining client-focused to lead solution-driven initiatives and recruiting processes that add value and are aligned against functional and BPG priorities

  • Collaborative decision-making and work style; strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent analytical skills

  • Consistently lives the firm's Values in their work and interaction with others with outstanding collaboration, client orientation, partnering, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
