Assoc Marketing Manager
What you'll do... :
The primary responsibility of this role is to create new and enhance existing web pages in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform using a standard set of page grids, containers and components. In collaboration with product marketing, business lines, CX, SEO and Analytics peers, the AEM Web Experience Producer creates high-quality, progressive web experiences that align with business requirements and digital marketing strategies across H&R Block web properties.
In addition, this role entails management of the Adobe Digital Asset Management platform (DAM), partnering with UX design team colleagues on any necessary image optimization, tagging and organization of assets. This role is part of the Customer Experience team managing Web Marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create new pages in AEM using a standardized set of page templets, layout containers and components to deliver consistency in the user experience.
In partnership with design, ensure that digital assets are optimized, tagged and manage in Adobe's Digital Asset Manager (DAM) platform.
Collaborate with in a cross-channel environment to create and publish experiences for desktop, tablet and mobile devices leveraging the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.
Ensure all new web pages are created with the provided SEO and analytics requirements to support best practices and adhere to provided design, accessibility, and production guidelines. Validate work through QA prior to handoff for UAT.
Work closely with internal and external design partners to deliver design recommendations that align within the AEM component framework.
Collaborates with development and other internal team members on project implementation, component development and launch activities, including stand-up meetings, defect resolution, acceptance testing, etc.
Ensures projects are completed on time. Monitor project complexities and proactively recommend contingency plans or adjustments with supporting Web Producers to meet deadlines.

What you'll bring to the team... :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years authoring web experiences within the Adobe Experience Manager CMS platform leveraging its full suite of tools, Version 6.5 preferred.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities
Strong understanding of web design, SEO, and web analytics best practices.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles, practices and techniques with experience collaborating with product, design, development and SEO teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established timeframes and disciplines.
Ability to balance short and long-term priorities.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Presentation skills necessary to communicate and persuade a wide range of audiences.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
AEM Web Experience Producer/Author
