Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in engineering or cybersecurity
US Citizenship required
5 years’ experience with IT/cybersecurity
Broad knowledge of cybersecurity threats
Broad knowledge of information system technologies
Strong understanding of and experience developing IAM principles and policies
Strong knowledge of SailPoint, including features, integration, and architecture
Ability to communicate about SailPoint and implementation at both the functional and technical level
Experience implementing technology through the systems development lifecycle
Strong knowledge of key IAM and FICAM policies/guidance, including NIST 800-63-3, OMB M-19-17, and HSPD-12
Ability to create and maintain documentation for an IAM solution, related tools, and business processes
Ability to proactively identify future needs for IAM services
Aptitude for working with technical and business users to gather and implement requirements
Ability to communicate about the product and implementation at both the functional and technical level
Willingness to learn new technologies
Masters in Cybersecurity
Experience developing security policy
Experience with integrating IAM solutions
Knowledge of ISO standards
Ability to support audits
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
A good teammate, customer oriented, results driven and a quick learner
Good written and verbal communication skills
