Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in engineering or cybersecurity

  • US Citizenship required

  • 5 years’ experience with IT/cybersecurity

  • Broad knowledge of cybersecurity threats

  • Broad knowledge of information system technologies

  • Strong understanding of and experience developing IAM principles and policies

  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint, including features, integration, and architecture

  • Ability to communicate about SailPoint and implementation at both the functional and technical level

  • Experience implementing technology through the systems development lifecycle

  • Strong knowledge of key IAM and FICAM policies/guidance, including NIST 800-63-3, OMB M-19-17, and HSPD-12

  • Ability to create and maintain documentation for an IAM solution, related tools, and business processes

  • Ability to proactively identify future needs for IAM services

  • Aptitude for working with technical and business users to gather and implement requirements

  • Ability to communicate about the product and implementation at both the functional and technical level

  • Willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred:

  • Masters in Cybersecurity

  • PMP Certified

  • SailPoint Certified

  • Experience developing security policy

  • Experience with integrating IAM solutions

  • Knowledge of ISO standards

  • Ability to support audits

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • A good teammate, customer oriented, results driven and a quick learner

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
