Acrisure LLC Property and Casualty Account Manager (Wallstreet Group) in Jefferson City, Missouri

We are currently looking to add to our team with an exciting opportunity for a Property and Casualty Account Manager at Wallstreet Group, an Acrisure agency partner. This position is responsible for the production and management of commercial and personal lines accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve objectives established in annual producer sales plan
Contact prospects for the purpose of providing a quote and making sales appointments
Survey prospects to determine insurance needs, inspecting current insurance policies, risk management plans, property, products and records
Collect detailed risk and underwriting information including survey data and loss
Develop and deliver formal proposals of insurance including details of coverages, limits, deductibles and other pertinent information
Work with service person or marketer to complete company submissions and selection of potential markets
Conduct client and prospect appointments communicating proposals and renewals, explaining details and communicating desire to conduct business
Stay informed of all claims or service issues and become involved in resolution when required
Participate in renewals
Promote agency and insurance industry in the community
Keep informed of industry developments through review of trade press and by attending insurance carrier training meetings on new products, etc.
Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by agency management
Work directly with Producers to complete new business applications in Epic
Support to marketing efforts of Account Managers
Market new and renewal business to carriers, both online and submission
Create, update and maintain marketing log
Proactive management of the marketing process and deadlines
Rate comparison and analysis of new and renewal business
Assist in proposal preparation
Maintain carrier relationships and stay up-to-date of market appetite
Maintain carrier contacts and resource library+

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
Property & Casualty Insurance License, preferred
Minimum of one (1) year experience working in Insurance, preferred
Computer Skills:
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web based applications
Ability to learn additional software and systems
