  • Complete the necessary Centralized Entity Selection (CES) fields including; selecting the appropriate entity, entering the most complete case number from the main legal document (i.e. Summons, Subpoena, Writ of Garnishment, etc.), selecting the appropriate lawsuit type and lawsuit subtype based on the documents, and adding the appropriate remarks to the transmittal

  • Make take/reject determinations, using the available information in Arrow, the Jurisdictional Information Sheet (JIS), and the various state department websites

  • Performing worksheet searches to determine the appropriate entity on subsequent pleadings that do not clearly indicate the entity being served

  • Place items on hold, if there is an outstanding query that requires additional action. Notates appropriate internal comments stating the reason for the hold. Follows up on outstanding items, until remedied and removed from the “on hold” list

  • Coordinate with Service Team members to have entities and/or representation added to ARROW

  • Handle processing and/or formatting queries from the processing teams within a team shared mailbox and escalate to a senior team member as needed


  • A minimum of two years of customer service and/or administrative experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Basic understanding of the legal industry

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
