Job Summary

This role will support Talent Development & Management bymanaging action, experiential and exposure learning assignments for key talent pools globally. Projects and assignments will be sourced by the Experiential Learning Manager from strategic initiatives including but not limited to active portfolio management, diversity, equity & inclusion, BV foundation partnerships, ASPiRE and culture shaping to accelerate progress towards being the most innovative & rapidly evolving firm in the EC space. This role will enable strategic development assignments for high potential and emerging leaders across all business lines. Success in this role will be defined as purposefully aligning talent segments to initiatives that support the professional’s development while advancing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, curate, and maintain inventory of action, experiential and exposure learning opportunities through networking and influencing across BV.

  • Consult with senior leaders across business units and corporate strategy teams to align efforts with BV strategy.

  • Work with HR Business Partners and Talent Management to align talent resources to identified opportunities.

  • Understand development needs of individual professionals in talent pools. Align resources with projects that support professional development. Partner with Performance Consultants on learning strategy.

  • Lead enterprise experiential learning for Talent Leadership Pools and leadership programs.

  • Work with BV Foundation partners to align community development opportunities in support of development plans.

  • Provide feedback to professionals, supervisors, Talent Management to inform performance management and future development needs.

  • Establish processes for project identification, teaming, delivery, implementation, and closeout.

  • Establish control metrics to measure effectiveness of experiential learning program, including professional development, engagement, advancement and retention.

  • Design, develop and deliver coaching sessions that are tailor-made to address individual needs.

  • Support project teams with delivery methodology, tools and techniques, examples include Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Design Thinking, Growth Path.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with these efforts.

Management Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification in project delivery methodology, examples include Lean, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, PMI, Organizational Effectiveness

  • Certifications in leadership assessments, examples include Hogan Personality, KF360, KF Drives, KF Dimensions.

  • 5+ years’ experience providing executive coaching for senior managers.

  • 8+ years’ experience designing, developing and delivering coaching sessions tailor-made for individual needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 8+ years related experience
