As part of Facebook’s Emerging Talent Recruiting Team, the Recruiting Lead, Analytics will manage a team of recruiters responsible for early-career hiring. This Lead will be responsible for the development of recruiting strategy from on-site to offer, goal setting, performance management, and day-to-day task management. We work consultatively with cross-functional partners and we’re passionate about delivering a candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it’s really like to work here. We’re seeking a dynamic Lead to balance creativity, focus and determination for this team.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide innovative, scalable solutions to meet Analytics hiring needs across the US, and partner closely with global counterparts to ensure consistencies across regions

  2. Design customized and executable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with the recruiting team and Analytics client groups

  3. Create innovative strategies that ensure a high-touch candidate experience

  4. Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with recruiting team and client groups

  5. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally

  6. Compile and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary

  7. Provide care, mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting team, following a strengths-based approach to people management

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of recruiting experience with growing technical organizations

  2. Experience leading projects and programs within early-in-career recruiting

  3. Experience with compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions

  4. Demonstrated experience influencing and communicating cross-functionally with senior business leaders

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 1+ years of people management experience strategic and detail-oriented thinker

  2. Tolerance for ambiguity exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
