Facebook Consumer Product Marketing Lead, Integrity (Company Marketing) in Jefferson City, Missouri

Summary:

We’re building a team of experienced Consumer Product Marketing Managers to help drive these objectives forward, taking a people-first approach to our Integrity and Privacy products, education, and messaging. These are highly cross-functional workstreams in which you will partner closely with our Policy, Communications, and Public Affairs teams, Integrity and Privacy teams across our family of apps, and leadership across the company.We are a group of smart, collaborative marketers who are passionate about our work. Required Skills:

  1. Deliver long-term Integrity and Privacy strategies and platforms for the organization including a holistic story, proof points, and campaigns/initiatives improving the visibility and credibility of the work that keeps our platforms safe and secure

  2. Shape the Integrity and Privacy narratives, bring our work to life with educational and engaging marketing strategies and content, and inform product strategy and positioning with insights — all aimed at building trust with key constituents

  3. Partner with Policy, Communications, and Public Affairs teams to ensure policy-informed audiences better understand our policies, processes and impact of our actions

  4. Plan, lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including public affairs, product, policy, communications, legal and other marketing teams) to deliver strategic initiatives that drive credibility and visibility

  5. Drive the development and refinement of messaging frameworks and resources focused on key integrity and data sharing topics that can be used across marketing, communications and policy teams

  6. Manage GTM and launch moments for major Integrity and Privacy products, policy updates, and transparency efforts

  7. Partner with Insights and Decision Science teams to drive ongoing and iterative message testing efforts in order to ensure messaging is optimized to meet the needs of people’s better understanding of complex Integrity and Privacy topics

  8. Influence business strategy and communications through relevant data and research insights, driving alignment across teams when needed

  9. Tackle complex and highly visible, sensitive issues with a strategic and analytical mindset, creating thoughtful recommendations and action plans

  10. Masterfully lead and communicate up/down/across organization to ensure transparency and alignment

  11. Manage high priority, fast moving decisions and communication planning

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Public Affairs and/or Public Policy Marketing

  2. Experience working with product, marketing, research/analytics and communications teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally

  3. Experience leveraging consumer insights to craft messaging and creative executions

  4. Experience leading marketing strategy, planning and execution in a technical product environment in support of organizational Integrity ambition

  5. Experience managing programs spanning multiple cross-functional groups within a complex organization

  6. Experience partnering with product teams to identify and bring to market solutions, including driving product launch strategies and ongoing lifecycle/engagement marketing

  7. Experience utilizing data to drive strategy, goals and influence across all levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Direct experience in Integrity, or Privacy work

  2. Experience in building and supporting product solutions for highly regulated industries

  3. Experience in policy, politics, or media

  4. Experience in content or social media marketing

  5. Experience in project or program management

  6. MBA or MA in Public Policy or Social Sciences, or JD
