Job Description Position Highlights

Develops profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from existing accounts within the assigned territory of Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois and Arkansas

Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services

Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs

Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Nine to 11 years of financial sales experience

Ability to travel

Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in the credit card industry is required.

Must be open to local, regional and national travel, primarily within Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois and Arkansas

Well-developed sales and new business development skills

Advanced knowledge of commercial payment products

Advanced knowledge of CPS products, services, operations, policies and procedures

Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations

Strong marketing and negotiating skills, emphasizing the development of sales strategies and goals

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Strong customer service/relation skills with ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
