We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our company source and recruit excellent employees. This role will be responsible for sourcing talent in the creative, marketing, accounting/finance, IT, and operational areas. Talent Acquisition Specialists help to build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with prospects and hiring managers. This role will play a critical role in developing and implementing plans for a positive candidates experience during the recruitment phase and onboarding. If you have a sharp eye for talented people and a commitment to helping them become aclimated within our company, this could be the team for you. The position is part of the Maritz Motivation Solutions organization.
You will make an impact to our organization by focusing on these key responsibilities
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand business needs to effectively execute pipeline and sourcing strategies
Develop and drive initiatives to address the talent needs across the organization
Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires
Managing the full-cycle of the recruiting process
Building best practices for critical and hard to fill positions
Manage applicant tracking system, including reporting on various recruiting metrics
Projects as requested
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years in full-cycle recruiting experience
Ability to create a memorable experience for a candidate
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, and ability to apply those skills successfully in interaction with many different personality types in varying environments
Excellent negotiation, planning, organization, and time management skills
Demonstrated analytical experience with the ability to compile and interpret data from multiple sources and adapt accordingly in a dynamic environment
Self-motivated and possessing an energy level that is conducive to managing mutiple openings with constantly shifting priorities
Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
