The Production Implementation Analyst II will support new and existing client programs by effectively managing and completing all operational and production-ready tasks applicable to launching new / existing client programs – inclusive of artwork, proof of concepts, branding, QA approvals, and program setups. In addition, they will provide appropriate project management oversight to facilitate custom digital and physical print production including, but not limited to custom cards, co-branded cards & card collateral materials, Sales supplies and marketing materials.

The Production Implementation Analyst II will work on a team dedicated to successful program management by ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of products and collateral. Production Implementation Analysts work in a cross-functional environment serving as subject matter experts and project managers for assigned project components. In addition, he/she will have the responsibility of providing technical and back office support in support of overall program account management activities.

Project Management

  • Scopes the client's requirements in conjunction with product and system constraints and ensures internal and external entities can support.

  • Verifies internal customer delivery schedules are negotiated and agreed upon by both parties before acceptance of the order.

  • Proactively reviews and identifies issues, notifying the Program Manager of requirement gaps, requirement changes, variances in project schedules and other project performance issues, with recommended solutions to overcome shortfalls in project timing and determine ways to meet the committed timeline.

  • Responsible for the timely review, QA Testing and implementation of new and revised client documentation and setup forms/quotes, and program collateral.

COLLATERAL PRODUCTION

  • Plans and Schedules the acquisition of materials and products in the production process

  • Manage the fulfillment processes for all standard, custom and co-branded materials.

  • Scheduling vendor capacities, lead-time and overcoming on time delivery issues such as late delivery of materials, machine breakdowns, etc.

  • Manage material receipt at fulfillment centers

  • Creates and maintains Bill of Materials and other Production related data within the appropriate systems (external & internal)

MISCELLANEOUS ACTIVITIES

  • Input of product cost into cost tracking tools

  • Maintain network security requirements as related to card and print production.

  • Provide coverage for Sr. Manager, Supply Chain, as required.

  • Train new employees and serve as subject matter expert on the production and distribution processes.

  • Lead by example with driving standard workflow and being process oriented

  • All other duties as assigned

  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years print and/or card production experience

  • 1+ Project/Implementation management experience preferred

  • Production scheduling and planning experience

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment.

  • Self Directed individual with strong organizational, administrative, and technical skills

  • Strong Customer Service Skills

  • Purchasing experience preferred

  • Ability to interact and clearly communicate with all levels of management, employees, distributors, clients, and suppliers

  • Experience in using problem-solving techniques to determine root cause followed by sustainable corrective action

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to lead project/account teams and to manage client relationships

  • Proficient with MS OfficeAbility to effectively work from home

  • Travel less than 5%
